Partial Dentures: are for patients who are missing multiple teeth and can be made to be either removable or as a bridge implant. They are also available in multiple materials such as cast metal, flexible, and acrylic. Cast metal dentures are strong and offer a comfortable fit, whereas flexible dentures offer even more comfort. Although acrylic dentures are typically the most affordable, they are more bulky than cast metal. Partial dentures are usually made and fitted within 2 – 3 weeks.

Full Dentures: are ideal for patients who are missing all their teeth. These can either be conventional or immediate. Full conventional dentures are placed after the gums have healed from teeth extraction. Immediate dentures are placed the same day as extraction; however, they may need to be realigned once the gums have fully healed. Molds and measurements of the jaw will be taken at the time of patient's first exam. Full dentures are typically made and fitted within 8 – 12 weeks. 

Temporary Partial Dentures: are best for patients who are missing one or more teeth. Typically temporary partial dentures consists of a pink gum-like plate that include replacement teeth that are attached by a metal framework. The benefit of these dentures are that they not only restore the smile, but they also maintain the spacing of the teeth to prevent shifting. During patient's first visit, molds will be made and after a few weeks, their dentures will be ready for fitting.
